Meet the Founder

Anasia Obioha, Ed.D leads Empress Coaching & Consulting with more than 15 years of experience in coaching, public relations, and digital marketing strategy. She specializes in helping organizations amplify their voice, grow their audience, and achieve measurable impact. As a leadership development coach, she helps leaders and teams effectively communicate and overcome barriers to maximize their earnings and leadership presence.

Having partnered with clients across healthcare, finance, fashion, nonprofit, and business sectors, Dr. Obioha and her team excel at blending compelling brand storytelling with data-driven digital marketing performance.
